Prior to LaSalle, Krystle was Assistant A.D. for Strategy & Finance at Villanova University, Assistant A.D. for Budget at Howard University and Business Coordinator at American University. A native of Inglewood, CA, Krystle was a top-ranked high school volleyball player and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Boston College (BC) with a minor in Human Development. A 4-year starter and letterwinner on the volleyball team, she is currently number one on BC's all-time career block assists. She earend a Master of Professional Studies in Sports Industry Management from Georgetown University. Higgins is an active member of CABMA and Women Leaders in College Sports.
