MATHEW KNOWLES is best known for launching the career of his daughter, Beyonce Knowles, who is noted today as one of the most recognizable figures in contemporary music with record breaking sales - literally a Pioneer, and Destiny's Child, the R & B girl group that became one of the most successful American-Pop groups of the late 90's and early 2000's. He has also managed other successful artists like Kelly Rowland, Latoya Luckett and his daughter, Solange Knowles.

Today, DR. MATHEW KNOWLES chats with me regarding his life as an Author and his life after his long tenure managing his daughter, Beyonce.  As the author of , "DNA of Achievers - 10 Traits of Highly Successful Professionals", it's a wonder this books is ranked high on Amazon, as he is a walking testimony of SUCCESS.  From the experience of his past, growing up through the era of the Civil Rights and attending an all-white school, he enlightens us of some personal reflections and how he made it through to be who he is today via his book, "Racism from the Eyes of a Child".
